| Well...about a year ago mom and day brought home this package which made a lot of noise. I thought after a couple days it would be gone but it's still here. It wakes up constantly throughout the night, shares MY bed, and even has the nerve to chase me around the house with a baseball bat and take swings at me.
But one good thing is that it drops food for me at least three times a day from this high perch. Some of the things taste pretty good but others are just not for me.
I guess we'll wait to see if I get any sleep over the next couple months. I think mom and dad are pretty tired too.
| every night before I go to bed there are just two things that I ask for:
- a drink of water from my red, plastic, Costco cup
- a belly rub from my mom (occasionally from my dad but I prefer mom's)

| Dad really knows what kind of ice cream I like. But there are those times when it tastes a bit funny. I think he sometimes puts something in it cause it has a bitter taste. Maybe it's that benadryl that I don't like. All I know is that he needs to go to the store and buy some more cause the container is now empty. | | |
| So my dad thought I was depressed last night so he decided to take me on a marathon today. He took me a mile downhill and then made me walk back up the hill. I think he forgot the fact that it was 85 degrees outside. Good thing he brought the water bottle with him.
And that wasn't the end of it. A couple hours later he took me with my best friend "toby" and his sister "shelby" to the elementary school where we ran silly around the playground and even through the sprinklers a bit. Dad better hope mom doesn't find out that I got a bit dirty after my bath yesterday....
Boy was I tired...

- I like to chew on worms and then put them back on the ground so I can roll around on them (I like the smell of them on my fur)
- I like to find snails in the backyard after it rains and bite them until their shells come off. This way they die a slow death.
- I change up the pitch of my barks so that my parents can distinguish from when I want something or I hear some strange noise.
- I like to eat all the steak and chicken in my bowl and leave all the hard food. I'll only eat the hard food if my parents don't give me enough snacks throughout the day and I'm really, really, really hungry.
- I need to drink water out of the red plastic Costco cup in the master bathroom before I go to sleep, no matter how tired I am.
- When my parents first come home I have to have something in my mouth. Most of the time it's my mom's indoor slippers.
Dad says he'll post his list on his blogsite later (http://backlightphoto.blogspot.com/)
